Community Development Through Polytechnic

This scheme, approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, is being run in 15 polytechnics of the state. Under the scheme, the aim is to provide employment and self-employment oriented free technical training to the youth of rural and urban areas and to raise the social and economic status of the poor, backward class and minority community of the society/region. Through various programs, they are made aware of such technology which proves beneficial for them.
